Dr. Cheryl Rising brings over four decades of experience in healthcare, with a career rooted in both advanced clinical practice and patient advocacy. She became a Registered Nurse in 1977 and has been a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 1996. As one of the founding members of the North Dakota Nurse Practitioner Association, Dr. Rising has played a vital role in advancing healthcare access and education across the state.

Her clinical background spans critical care, neurology, trauma, and geriatrics, where she has dedicated more than 20 years supporting aging populations. Since 2012, her focus has shifted toward proactive health, working with assisted living communities, Dakota Eye Institute, and building a wellness-focused business centered on nutrition, movement, and mentorship.

Today, Dr. Rising specializes in empowering individuals to take control of their health through education, lifestyle change, and functional wellness strategies. She is passionate about helping others improve their quality of life by making informed, sustainable choices that support long-term vitality.
